Olly's Driver Training Ltd Complaints Procedure
If for any reason you are unhappy with the service provided here at Olly's Driver Training then we would like to know so we can put it right as your opinion matters to us

If you have any complaints from your training then please let us know within 7 calendar days of your training by email detailing fully the complaint and we will investigate it.

We aim to reply to your email within 3 calendar days to acknowledge receipt of your complaint and start to investigate within 10 calendar days.

If you are not fully satisfied with the outcome you have the right to appeal within 5 calendar days of a reply from Olly's Driver Training.
​
Olly's Driver Training Ltd reserve the right to have the final say in the outcome of the appeals process.
